My feet hurt. I walked 25000 steps today as we trekked around disneysea, and my feet reflect this. Not blisters, just very sore soles. I don’t know how to fix this.
Plus side, I went to disneysea!

sounds like you had a great time, hopefully the sore feet are worth it!

In Thailand they would have street corners filled with foot massage people near markets… but i haven’t been to Japan, so no local advice from me 😉
Part of me would say get your feet up / put no weight on them, part of me says keep moving your legs to keep circulation and recovery going.
Go for a gentle swim maybe? bubble bath?
now I’m off to find out what disneysea means!

There are places that may offer foot massage, but it isn’t clear! In the end I found that resting them too much made them ache- so constant movement!
Disneysea is the other theme park at Tokyo Disney- in the way that Disney world has Epcot! And Disneyland has California adventure. It’s based around water areas, but Is not a water park. It is a bit more aimed at adults- alcohol available, good food, lots of good shows, but still has a lot for kids.
